Sapiens UP's innovative approach to problem solving and critical thinking

At Sapiens UP, we educate young people who are ready for the realities of life. Our students are independent and responsible, able to analyse and think critically, and find a way out of any difficult situation. They are able not only to adapt to changes but also to actively build their future. And all this is because we have created an innovative school, a unique place for free expression and personal development.

We teach you to solve problems

The Sapiens UP Innovation School is an environment where the intellectual, emotional, and social spheres of a person develop. Here, every student learns to find a way out of difficulties and see opportunities in every situation. But how do we do it?

  1. Stimulating curiosity.
Teenagers are often interested in the world around them. At Sapiens UP, an innovative school, we support students' interests and encourage them to ask thought-provoking questions. Our goal is to help students understand that even ordinary things can have exceptional and interesting aspects.
At the innovative Sapiens UP school, there is an opportunity to engage in various creative activities, sports, and a wide range of additional courses and trainings. All this contributes to the development of creativity and the ability to see new approaches to solving problems.
  2. Practice brainstorming.
Sapiens UP's classes may include so-called brainstorming sessions, during which students are free to express any ideas, visions, and beliefs, even unusual ones. This practice helps to develop creative thinking, eliminates the fear of mistakes and criticism of others. The classrooms of the Sapiens UP innovation school have an emotionally comfortable atmosphere where everyone feels that their contribution matters. An important aspect of this practice is also the understanding that innovations are often born from the clash of different approaches and views. Participants learn to accept the opinions of others.
At Sapiens UP, we understand that problems do not always have one ‘right’ solution. That is why we encourage students to look for alternative options and discuss different ways to achieve the goal. We strive to instil in our students the belief that diversity of interests and approaches is a strength, not a limitation. After all, often non-standard solutions lead to the most interesting results.
  3. Development of analysis and critical thinking skills.
At Sapiens UP, an innovative school, teenagers practice analysing information from various sources. Students learn to highlight the main points and actively apply their knowledge to solve problems. This skill is especially important in the age of information overload.
The development of critical thinking at Sapiens UP Innovation School is due to the fact that students not only perceive information, but also get used to asking questions, expressing doubts, and considering the problem from different angles. We believe that these skills are essential for successful adaptation in modern society and preparing young people for the challenges of the future.
  4. Teamwork.
During classes at the Sapiens UP innovation school, group games, tasks, and projects that require a creative approach can be conducted. Students learn to listen to others, justify their ideas, accept constructive criticism, and make joint decisions. This not only develops problematic thinking but also helps build teamwork skills.
  5. Real challenges.
An important element of our approach is a practical orientation. We believe that the best way to teach children to solve problems is to let them do it. At the Sapiens UP Innovation School, students are involved in real-world projects where they face a variety of challenges and learn to find innovative solutions. We encourage them to try new ways of solving problems and teach them to see failure as a chance for further growth. In addition, independent work helps to develop independence, initiative and responsibility. These qualities are extremely important for today's youth.

Thus, thanks to innovative approaches to the educational process at the innovative Sapiens UP school, our graduates not only acquire fundamental knowledge but also develop relevant skills that become the key to their success in life.
